This blog will chronicle the progress and stories of four teams of people who are participating in my 2 Weeks 2 a Breakthrough Program. Members of each of the four teams are listed on the left and right side of this blog.
2 teams will be starting on June 1st (Team J and Team K)
2 teams will be starting on June 8th (Team Y and Team Z)
Each member will share his or her experiences and progress. I am excited about getting this process started and will update you regularly on various stages of the program.
I will start blogging about the process this week and things will kick into high gear next week!
Here is the invitation to which these participants responded (from my Management Craft blog):
Two Weeks to a Breakthrough Free Pilot Program
Would you like to experience a breakthrough in two weeks? I have already told you that one of the books I am working on is a follow-up to my More Space essay (Called Breakthrough Experiences). The book will be called:
Two Weeks to a Breakthrough: How to Zoom Toward Your Goal in 14 Days or Less
The book will offer a specific plan, day by day, that will enable readers to experience one or more breakthroughs. I have allowed for two weeks, but many people will experience a breakthrough in less time. (If they do, they keep going and experience more breakthroughs!)
I am going to facilitate four small groups of people through the process as research for the book and to give me lots of examples and anecdotes to use in the book.
So here is the offer: Would you like to be part of the pilot research group (guinea pig)?
Heres how it will work:
I will have four small groups of people, totally no more than 25 folks. Each group will get to know their group very well and the other groups a bit.
Each group will kick off with a webinar and will receive daily emails/calls from me with the assignments for the current and next day. These assignments are not huge and should take no more than a cumulative 60 minutes per day. We may have periodic webinars, conference calls, or other contact as needed.
I will create a blog for the project for participants to share their experiences and keep up with what everyone is accomplishing or struggling with.
I will use your comments and your first name in the book, but I will not “out” you by giving last name or contact info. You can choose to share your story however you like.
The pilot program is open to people who:
Have a goal(s) that they feel passionate about.
Are coachable - please don’t volunteer for the program unless you are up for taking the coaching (nothing like Fear Factor, I assure you)
Has the time to stay in communication and work with the program for the two weeks. Please don’t sign on to the program if you are going to be unavailable for big chunks of time. I need to be able to connect with you each day for two weeks.
The program is open to anyone in the world who has a good email connection, communicates in English, is at least familiar with how blogging works, and can access common web meeting software, like Webex. I will have the webinars at different times so that overseas folks can find a time that works for them too.
Groups 1 and 2 will begin June 1 and conclude on June 15
Groups 3 and 4 will begin June 8 and conclude on June 22
There is no cost to participate in the pilot program (other than your own time, internet, and any choices or decisions you make to forward your goal). I intend to offer the program on an ongoing basis and there will be a cost, so if you can, getting in on the pilot is a great deal.
If you are interested in participating, here’s what I need:
Your name and contact info (email, phone, cell). If you have Skype, share that, too.
Your place of residence (City, Country) and your time-zone.
A one sentence statement of your goal (used for composing the sub-teams).
Confirm your availability for the time periods listed above.
I will select based on first come, first served and availability. If I get more requests than spots, I will offer folks that don;t get in on the pilot a significant discount to sign up for future classes.
Please, please , please, do not sign up for this unless you are interested in making something big happen.
If you would like to “play” send me an email with your information to a special email I have set up for this program: writerlisa at gmail dot com.
This is going to be FUN! I can’t wait to get started. You?
Nice fractals on the header Lisa. a bit psychedelic though ;)

The 60's were a turbeulent time, also a time of many breakthroughs - fractals symbolise the inspiration and energy of those times. Good choice!

And of course, when you talk about repeatable results, fractals fit perfectly. You can use a specific formula to reproduce a given fractal on demand. OK - so I'm reaching... but it's still true.

Turbulent times...repeatable results...Yes!
