I thought of a cool donation idea and want to share it.
Over on Management Craft, I wrote about Marcus Buckingham's new DVD series about using your strengths called Trombone Player Wanted. The $99 DVD series (you get 6 DVDs for the $99) is very inspiring and totally worth the money.
