Yes.
I have an early flight this morning, but ended up waking 1 hour earlier than expected (2:30, not 3:30) because my Blackberry decided to change time and spring forward again in the middle of the night.
Well, I'm up now with time to do a post.
How appropriate, then, that I share this great post from Ellen over at Brain Based Business called, Awaken a Slumping Brain. Ellen shares common causes (strange, a Blackberry with a mind of its own is not on her list) and then several things you can do to awaken your brain. Here's an intriguing sentence:
We know so much more - yet it only works when we use it. Research about the brain’s plasticity, for instance, now shows how we can actually rewire our brains for lively adventures.
I want to know more about that - I need a wee rewiring, I think. And here's an interesting item from her list of suggestions:
6. Expect new adventures and curiosity when you ask a two-footed question.
Two-footed question - I love that phrase. Enlivened minds see and can act on more possibilities.
Thanks for the link, Lisa, and my -- you sure are on the road a great deal. Wish our paths could cross if only for lunch -- I know that meal would pique my own curiosity and stretch the old plasticity:-)
We're on the go a bit here lately too - I am headed to Boston next week, then to Corning - then to Ireland. You passin' thru any of those towns soon? Safe travels Lisa!

Ellen - would love to break bread. Based on your list, so far our travels don't intersect. But what about the bike trip route?
