Update: See my special 2007 Boss's Day package here!
Boss's Day is this Sunday. I have partnered with Jack and Todd at 1800CEOREAD to create a fun and informative e-book that you can give your boss. It is called, Nine Lives of Leadership: Provocative Advice for Great Leaders. It is 82 pages long and contains bits of wisdom from nine business experts.
Here is a link to the product page on 1800CEOREAD.
It sells for $8.95 and will be a great gift for your boss. The 1800CEOREAD folks have made it easy to send to your boss through his or her email.
I packed the e-book with great information told in an informal and sometimes funny manner. The experts/authors with whom I spoke are:
Jason Jennings
Laurence Haughton
Sally Hogshead
Gary Neilson
Peter Han
Tim Sanders
Luda Kopeikina
Eileen Shaprio
Keith Ferrazzi
The e-book covers diverse topics such as careers, decision making, organizational type, creating excellence, and developing relationships.
Your boss will love it!!!

Now why did they decide that Boss's Day is on a Sunday??? Does that make no sense whatsoever? It's MY one day of the year and there will be nobody around to honor it. Plus, anybody knows that it's my wife, and not I, that is the "boss" on Sundays. Guess I'll have to honor her instead!

Skip - Boss's Day is on Sunday this year because it is always on October 16th, regardless of the day of the week. The holiday started with one daughter honoring a great boss, her father. October 16th was his birthday.
Last year is was on Saturday. Maybe soon it will be on Monday and we can use it as an excuse to play hookey on a Monday!
