Best Management Ideas Contest - Final Push, Get Your Entries in TODAY!

I would like to encourage all of my readers to send in an idea - yes, even you! The desired outcome of this contest is to collect and share some of your best practices.

Here again, is what I am looking for: Any idea, tip, hack, technique that you use (or that your manager uses) and that helps you improve the quality and outcome of your day. It can be something you dreamed up or something you learned from someone else (or from a book, article, or class). It is simple to enter, I only need a short paragraph. Send me:
