Great bosses don't just "make a BIG difference to our work worlds." The best research we have is that they make THE big difference.

Your relationship with your boss is what has the most significant impact on both productivity and morale. I'm betting that your kids know your bosses name, but they probably don't know the CEO's name.

These are some inspiring stories! Thanks for doing this Lisa. All those great managers and leaders need a big applause- and this is a great way to do it. Plus we need all the positive role models we can get!
