Fireside Chat with David Zinger

Firesidechatsmall

Connect or get out? Say it isn't so... Chat with David Zinger

In this 27 minute podcast, I chat it up with David Zinger - fellow blogger (he has three!), leadership trainer and speaker, and Canadian. If you work with people, this podcast is for you. (I guess that only leaves out hermits surfing the net from their wilderness cabins using a satellite connection. :-) We discuss leadership, discovering and using strengths, and employee engagement. Learn what David thinks is a leader's greatest lever for success and about high quality interactions (you could have 20,000 in a day). I talk about butterfly flaps, David talks bees - tomato tomato, potato potato - it's all good stuff. David shares one thing we can do to lower the odds of employee disengagement to just 1% - and it's a simple thing.

Beauty, eh? (That's my Canadian coming out) Listen to this podcast!

Yeah... a lot of our workplace hapiness depends on how "engaged" we are at work...the stff that David is so passionate about :)

As for leaders ..it's surprising how people still use Leaders and Managers interchangeably !!
