Hermanism #3 - Love it

My smart pal Herman has started a blog. It will be a great one, so put it on your reading list. It is called, Herman School of Business. Herman has owned hundreds of companies and has seen what enables success and causes failure.

I like this post called, What's Holding You Back.. Buy or Start a Business where he shares Hermanism #3:

Business is a continuum.  Success is the cumulative good result of riding out the wave crashing against you.

Management is a continuum too. And our careers. And books. This pearl of sage wisdom applies to a lot of things. What are the waves coming toward you and what will be your reaction? Success is not one point of a chart, Herman is right. It is the sum of our actions.

Great Tool for Writers!

  • This software has significantly improved my writing and I would not turn in a book manuscript, report, or article before using it. I am endorsing Stylewriter because I LOVE the program! Send me an email if you want to hear more about how I use it. I highly recommend Stylewriter. You can try it out for 30 days.
